Mission Statement

"This is more than a mission statement; this is our heart, our home, our life. I am Laci Peiffer, owner, and I’d love to share my story with you. I was born and raised in South Central Pennsylvania, and at the age of 30, I needed a big change in my life, so I packed my townhouse up in a U-Haul and moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 2019 and never looked back! Fast forward to 2021, I had finally found my home as a bartender in Myrtle Beach at Drifters Saloon, which has been a long-time staple locals bar at the beach (since 1998). Four years later, I went for my dream and the biggest opportunity in my life…I BOUGHT THE BAR!! I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over half of my life, from fine dining to dive bars. It is truly my passion, and I can actually say I’m living the dream and really mean it! Even better, my dad, Larry, who is my inspiration in this life, quit his job in Pennsylvania and made the biggest move. He moved to Myrtle Beach to help me live out my dream! We are a proud, passionate, & loving father/daughter duo so excited to welcome everyone into “Our Home”. Where friends turn into family, the belly laughs hurt so good, the food is made with love, and the spirits are flowing. Cheers!"
